Mastering engineers Greg Calbi, Bernie Grundman, Bob Ludwig, Hank Williams and Doug Sax discuss the state of the industry for mastering, focusing on quality in the age of low-res, low budgets and multiple formats. We talk to Ron McMaster at Capitol Mastering about his career and the art of vinyl mastering.


Sound Designer Dane Davis discusses creating the sounds behind the movie 'Ender's Game.'


We also interview Heavyocity founding member Neil Goldberg about the sound libraries that Heavyocity designs, as well as Airshow Mastering Chief Engineer David Glasser and Engineer Anna Frick about remastering 'The Rise and Fall of Paramount Records, Volume One.'
